Due to the specifications of the shipping method, it is not possible to pick up at a convenience store or have the item held at a post office.
If it is difficult for you to receive the package at home, please register a domestic address where you can receive it.
Also, if the nameplate and addressee do not match, the shipment will be returned due to "incorrect nameplate."
When registering the address of a relative or friend, please enter "●● (name on nameplate)" at the end of the address.
Please note that we cannot respond to individual refusals to accept parcels.
