◆When will it arrive?
We plan to ship twice a year, in January and July.
As soon as the details have been decided, we will announce them on the "NEWS" section of the website.
◆Can I receive it if I am a member at the time of shipment?
The newsletter will be sent only to those who have completed their membership registration by the specified deadline.
Please check the "Shipping Eligibility" in the "NEWS" section of the shipping information.
*As stated on the new member registration page, membership is expected to begin at the end of the month before shipment.
*Since this is not a merchandise sale, there will be no individual "shipping completion email" sent.
◆How long should I wait for it to arrive?
Please be sure to apply using the designated method within the "application period for missed deliveries" for the newsletter in question.
Information regarding applications for items that have not yet arrived will be provided in the "NEWS" section where shipment notifications are posted.
We will also send you an email newsletter to inform you of the shipping schedule, so please check it.
Please note that we will not be able to resend your package if the designated "non-delivery application period" has passed.
If I file a non-delivery claim, will it definitely be resent?
We will contact you within one month of your application to let you know whether or not your item can be reshipped.
We will not be able to respond if the cause is not attributable to our association, such as a member making a mistake in their address or failing to change their address.
