- QI haven’t received my club magazine. When will it be delivered?

◆When will the club magazine be delivered?
The latest issue of the club magazine will be sent twice a year, in January and July.
More information will be published on the NEWS section of the website as soon as it is available.
◆Will I receive the club magazine if I am a member at the time of the new issue’s shipment?
Magazines will only be sent to members who have joined the fan club by the specified cut-off date for each issue.
Please refer to the shipment notice in the NEWS section for more details on which members are eligible to receive the magazine.
*As stated on the member registration page, the cut-off date for members eligible to receive an issue is around the last day of the second month prior to its shipment.
*Please note that no shipment confirmation email will be sent as the shipment of magazines is not considered merchandise sale.
◆How long should I wait for the club magazine to arrive?
Please submit a re-delivery request via the designated method within the non-arrival enquiry period for the issue in question if you have not received the magazine.
More information on how this request can be submitted will be provided in the shipment notice in the NEWS section.
Details will also be provided in the email newsletter during the delivery period, so please refer to that.
Please note that we will be unable to process any re-delivery request once the designated non-arrival enquiry period has passed.
◆Will the club magazine definitely be re-delivered if I submit a non-arrival enquiry?
We will contact you within one month of receiving your enquiry to confirm if we are able to re-deliver the magazine.
Please note that we are unable to re-deliver the magazine for reasons that are not attributable to us, e.g., if a member has misspelled their address or failed to update their address.
