HYPSTER charges an annual membership fee and the membership period is 13 months from the first day of the month of joining.
If you do not complete the renewal procedure, your membership will be cancelled, but we would appreciate it if you could take note of the following.
◆About automatic credit card renewal
If you select "Credit card payment" as your payment method, your annual membership fee will be automatically repaid from the next fiscal year onwards.
For those who have their membership automatically renewed by credit card, the payment will be made after the 20th of the membership expiration month, and the membership will be extended.
If you do not wish to continue, please complete the procedure for automatic cancellation of renewal from "MY PAGE."

You can cancel automatic renewal up until the 20th of the month your membership expires.
Please be aware that your subscription will be automatically renewed after the due date.
◆ If you wish to cancel your membership before the expiration date
If you have special circumstances, we will accept cancellations midway. Please contact us individually by clicking on "Contact us" at the bottom of this page.
Please note that in accordance with the "HYPSTER Terms of service" that you agree to when joining, membership fees and membership dues already paid cannot be refunded.
