When will my membership number/card be issued?

A

Your membership number will be issued once your membership fee payment has been confirmed.

Your membership card will be sent the month after you join. We will post a notification of shipping in NEWS section during the month after you join, so please check there for the shipping date and inquiries about non-delivery.

If you cannot find the relevant "NEWS" and have not received your membership card two months after joining, please contact us by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page, stating your "membership number" and "member name."
