Your login ID is the email address registered in your membership information.
Even if you have changed your email address, if you have not changed the registered email address on "My Page", please enter the email address that was previously registered as your login ID.
If you still can't log in, please see here.
Even if you switch to a new smartphone plan after March 2021 and can no longer use your carrier email address, unless you have changed your membership information, your login ID will be the email address you used when registering.
