Please check the following.
① Login ID input error
Your login ID is the email address you used to register. If you have multiple email addresses, please try copying and pasting all of them.
Even if you have registered an email address that can no longer receive emails, it will still be valid as a login ID. Once you have logged in, please change your email address to one that can receive emails by going to "Change Member Information" in "My Page" and changing it to a valid email address.
② Password entry error
Please double-check to make sure there are no mistakes when entering uppercase or lowercase letters.
If you have forgotten your correct password, please set a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login screen and then log in.
