It is possible to carry out the procedure from a device other than the registrant's own.
If the person does not have a device, the procedure can be completed using a family member's smartphone or computer.
*If tickets are only available as electronic tickets, you may not be able to enter if you do not have your own device.
*Please register in the name of the person who will be using the service, not the device owner.
▼About the device used (smartphone/PC)
Regardless of who owns the device, you can access member content by logging in with your registration information (ID/password).
However, there may be additional restrictions when using the app, member ticket advance sales, or electronic tickets.

▼Payment of membership fees
Payment can also be made on your behalf by a guardian, relative, or other person.
Credit card payments can be made even if the "registered name" and "credit card holder name" are different.
*The use of credit cards under other names without permission is strictly prohibited. Please be sure to discuss this between the parties involved.

Please consider obtaining a free email address (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.).

Multiple artist sites, fan clubs, and online shops
This is a common ID that can be used for Ticket Plaza e-tickets.
When you apply for membership, please make sure that the name on the card is that of the person who wishes to join.
You can check this on the final screen of the membership process (before payment).

If you do not have a landline phone, please register your family member's mobile phone number.
