- QHow can I check if the enrollment procedure has been completed?

Once you have completed the payment procedure and your membership registration has been completed, we will send you an email titled "Notice of Completion of [HYPSTER] Membership Registration."
If you have received the above email, your membership procedure has been completed, but please check your email to be sure that you can log in without any problems.
If you don't receive an email
The timing of email delivery will vary depending on your payment method.
<In case of credit card payment>
Once your card information has been verified, the payment will be processed and the payment procedure will be completed.
(The basis is the settlement date, not the date the card is debited.)
After payment, the screen will transition to registering your favorite character, and an email with the above title containing your membership number will be sent to the email address you registered.
<Convenience store payment>
It may take up to 3 hours from the time you make a deposit at a convenience store until the procedure is completed (i.e. the payment information is reflected).
You will be able to register your favorite characters as soon as payment is complete, so don't forget to try it out when you log in for the first time.
If the above does not resolve the issue
If you do not receive an email, please try the following:
① Check your spam folder
Please check to see if the email has been sent to a folder other than your spam or inbox.
In particular, if the email address used is from a domain such as icloud.com, yahoo, or gmail, it is often classified as spam.
② Try logging in from HYPSTER site
Please try logging in using the "Login" button on HYPSTER site with your registered email address (or your Plus member ID).
The password you need to log in is the password you registered when you signed up.
