Regarding continuation procedures

Q Although it was still one month before the expiry date of my membership, I received an email from my credit card company informing me that my membership fee would be debited.: A
If you choose to pay by credit card, a provisional sales transaction will be made one month before your membership expiration date.

"Provisional sales processing" is a state in which the card limit has simply been secured.
Depending on the card company you use, this information may be included in the withdrawal email or online statement.
No payment or invoice will be made with "temporary sales processing," and no payment will be made even if you cancel your membership by the 20th of the expiration month.

If you use a debit card or prepaid card, a withdrawal may occur when the provisional sales are processed.
If you later cancel the automatic renewal, no payment will be made and you will be refunded after a certain period of time has passed, so please rest assured.
As we do not guarantee the operation of debit cards or prepaid cards, we are unable to provide details regarding refunds.
Please contact your card company directly.

If you have selected automatic credit card renewal, you will be charged unless you cancel your membership by the 20th of the membership expiration month.
