Once automatic renewal has been stopped, the following will be reflected on "MY PAGE".

◆Your registered credit card information will no longer be displayed.

◆"Automatic renewal: No" is displayed.

After that, unless you carry out the procedure to renew your membership yourself, your membership will be cancelled at the end of your current membership period.

Even if you have completed the above procedures, you will still receive an email informing you about continuing your membership.

Please understand that due to system limitations it is difficult to stop each service individually.
