・When registering as a new member or changing the registered email address, I don't receive a reply email.
・I have registered for the e-mail newsletter but have not received it

In the above cases, please try the following:

① Check to see if the email was automatically sorted into your spam folder.

② Check that the email address you entered is correct.

③Change the settings so that you can receive emails from the following domains.
・hypster-fc.com
・plusmember.jp

④ (If your carrier is au) Set "Spoofing Restrictions" to "Medium" or lower.

⑤ Change the settings so that emails can be received even if they contain a URL.
