If I change my device, can I still use the app?

Please carry out the following procedure from your new smartphone.

1. Download and install the app
2. After installation, log in with the ID you used on your old device.
3. Verify your identity by completing "SMS authentication" and "identity verification procedures"
4. After completing the procedure, log in again

<Notes>
・To prevent unauthorized use, you cannot use the service on multiple devices. (Only one person can use the service on one device with one ID.)
・You cannot register telephone numbers such as landlines or IP phones.
- You may change your device or reinstall the app up to twice a month.
・Your registered phone number can be changed up to twice a year.

If you exceed the above maximum number of procedures, you will not be able to perform the procedure yourself.
