Currently, COVID-19Due to the impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we are temporarily suspending the acceptance of international mail to some countries and regions. Membership benefits and newsletters will be sent to customers in the affected regions once acceptance resumes.

<Defective product exchange>


Any defective products will be handledsolely by HYPSTER, regardless of who is responsible.

The post office cannot handle this request, so please contact us.

Due to circumstances such as securing stock, requests must be made within one month of arrival of the goods.


Due to the packaging and shipping process, there may be minor scratches, dents on the edges, or slight creases.

The above phenomenon will be considered to be initial scratches, so please refrain from contacting us regarding replacement of the defective product.

 

Because the newsletter is made on stiff paper, creases and wrinkles may be improved by leaving it for a few days and/or placing a weight on it to stretch it out.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate your cooperation in giving it a try.

<Handling undelivered applications>

 

The application period is as follows:

In Japan:February 7, 2025 (Friday) 00:00 - February 13, 2025 (Thursday) 23:59

abroad:February 14, 2025 (Friday) 00:00 to February 20, 2025 (Thursday) 23:59

We cannot accept applications or individual inquiries outside of this period (regardless of whether it is before or after).

 

As a premise, our association is also creating the benefits in order to deliver them to you.

Please apply by following the steps below.

 

①Access "MY PAGE" and check the following.

◆Is your registration information such as name and address correct?

◆The joining date is before 00:00 on Sunday, December 1, 2024

*If you have family or friends living with you, please show them the photo of the shipment shown above and ask them in advance to see if they recognize the item.

 

② Please take the following action depending on the result of ①.

If your registration information is incorrect

As there is a pre-established "deadline for address confirmation/change", this will not be eligible for non-delivery applications.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications for items that have not yet arrived, so please refrain from applying/inquiring.

For your next shipment, please refer to this page and correct your registration information.

*As previously announced, incorrect nameplates will also be considered incorrect addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

> If the joining date is not within the applicable period

As stated on the new registration page, the deadline is approximately two months before shipment.

You will receive newsletters twice during your membership year, so please wait until the applicable period begins.

> If there are no problems with your registration information or the date of joining/if there are special circumstances

Please proceed to step ③ below and submit your application.

*Special circumstances include "sudden relocation for which we have received prior enquiries."

 

③ Please fill in the necessary information in the “Missing Package Application Form” at the bottom of this page and apply.

After completing your application, please access the undelivered application form again and check whether the message "Response completed" is displayed. (Each member can only apply once.)

Please note that unfortunately, we will not send any emails confirming your application.

* There have been many cases of people making mistakes with the membership card non-delivery claim form. Each shipment has its own shipping notification page and its own non-delivery claim form, so please be careful not to make any mistakes.

 

④We will examine the contents of your application within the period and send you the results of our investigation.

The results of the investigation will be sent to the email address registered on "MY PAGE"approximately one month after the end of the application period.

We ask for your understanding that it may take some time for us to contact you as we need to carefully investigate and prepare for shipment.

We will contact all applicants, so please refrain from contacting us individually.

*If you have not received the survey results within the above period, please check your email reception settings and contact us via "Help/Inquiries."

*If your mail is not returned to us, we may ask you to contact the post office yourselfto investigate. We will send you an email with more details, so please check it.
