[October enrollment] Information regarding shipping of enrollment benefits

We will inform all members who join in October 2024 about the shipping of their membership benefits.
The bonuses will arrive one after another, so please be sure to read the following information thoroughly before waiting.

◆About shipping time
 From Friday, November 29, 2024 shipping

*Membership benefits will be sent to members who join after November 1, 2024 (during November) in late December 2024.
After that, your membership card will be sent out within the month following your joining month. For more information, please see here.


◆ Target recipients
Those who have completed the enrollment procedure byOctober 31, 2024

* Completion of the membership procedure means that payment has been confirmed within the deadline.


◆Notes regarding shipping
・The shipping address will be the one registered as of November 20, 2024.
*If you have registered an incorrect address as of the time above, please use the "Inquiry about non-delivery" link below.
・It usually takes 3 to 5 days from shipping to delivery. The number of days varies depending on the region.
Depending on the shipping situation and your area, it may take up to a week for delivery.
・Shipping method is [mail].
Since the item will be delivered by post, please make sure it is not mixed in with other mail.
Just to be on the safe side, please check with anyone living with you about receiving the package.

Please note that it may take some time to resend the item.

② If your current address and registered information are different due to incorrect entry or moving,
Please change your address yourself on "MY PAGE" and then apply using the "Undelivered Package Form" at the bottom of this page.
*If the name on your home nameplate and the addressee's name are different, the product will be returned due to "incorrect nameplate."
If you are an affected customer, please register "●● (name on nameplate)" at the end of your address.

If you have registered an incorrect address or your benefit has not arrived, please apply using the non-delivery form.
・Please fill out the non-delivery form and we will resend your package to those who have confirmed that it has been returned.
・Please note that items cannot be resent to anyone other than the intended recipient.
