[February enrollment] Information regarding the shipping of enrollment benefits
We will inform everyone who joins in February 2024 that membership benefits will be shipped.
The benefits will arrive one after the other, so please check the following until the end before waiting.

◆About shipping time
From Monday, March 25, 2024 shipping
*The shipping of membership benefits to those who joined after March 1, 2024 (during March) is scheduled for late April 2024.
From then on, your membership card will be shipped within the month following your enrollment month. Please refer here for details.
◆Shipment target person
For domestic members who have completed membership procedures byFebruary 29, 2024.
*Completion of the enrollment procedure means that the payment confirmation has been completed within the deadline.
◆Notes regarding shipping
-The delivery address will be the one registered as of March 6, 2024.
*If you have registered an incorrect address at the time above, please use the "Non-delivery inquiry" below.
・It usually takes 3 to 5 days from shipping to delivery. The number of days varies depending on the region.
Depending on the delivery situation and your area, it may take up to a week for delivery.
・The shipping method is [Yu-mail].
The delivery method is by post, so please make sure it does not get mixed up with other mail.
Just to be sure, please check with the person you live with about receiving the package.

① Please check your registration information from "MY PAGE".
② If your current address and registered information differ due to incorrect input or moving, etc.
Please complete the address change procedure yourself on "MY PAGE" and then apply using the "Undelivered form" at the bottom of this page.
*If the name on your home nameplate and the address are different, the shipped product will be returned to you due to the "wrong nameplate."
For those customers, please register "Mr. ●● (name on the nameplate)" at the end of the address.

・Please refrain from contacting us individually regarding shipping.
If you have registered your address incorrectly or have not received your benefits, please apply using the Not Received form.
・After filling out the undelivered form, we will resend the item to the person who has confirmed that the item has been returned.
・Please note that we cannot resend the package to anyone other than the recipient.
