[December enrollment] Information regarding the shipping of enrollment benefits
We will inform all members who join in December 2023 about the shipping of their membership benefits.
The bonuses will arrive one after another, so please be sure to read the following information thoroughly before waiting.

From Friday, January 26, 2024 shipping
*Membership benefits will be sent to members who join after January 1, 2024 (during January) in late February 2024.
After that, your membership card will be sent out within the month following your joining month. For more information, please see here.
◆ Target recipients
Domestic members who completed the membership process byDecember 31, 2023
*Completion of the enrollment procedure means that the payment confirmation has been completed within the deadline.
◆Notes regarding shipping
・The shipping address will be the one registered as of January 17, 2024.
*If you have registered an incorrect address as of the time above, please use the "Inquiry about non-delivery" link below.
・It usually takes 3 to 5 days from shipping to delivery. The number of days varies depending on the region.
Depending on the shipping situation and your area, it may take up to a week for delivery.
・The shipping method is [Yu-mail].
The delivery method is by post, so please make sure it does not get mixed up with other mail.
Just to be sure, please check with the person you live with about receiving the package.

Please change your address yourself on "MY PAGE" and then apply using the "Undelivered Package Form" at the bottom of this page.
*If the name on your home nameplate and the address are different, the shipped product will be returned to you due to the "wrong nameplate."
For those customers, please register "Mr. ●● (name on the nameplate)" at the end of the address.
