◆Application conditions

HYPSTER members who have a valid account within the reception period

*This offer also applies to those who join during the application period.
*Only the person applying can apply. Rights cannot be transferred to family or friends.
*A valid account is one where payment has been confirmed and you can log in.
After logging in to MY PAGE with your account, please check the validity of your account.

◆Number of tickets that can be applied for

Up to 2 tickets per performance per member

* Companion registration is required for the second ticket. For member-only performances, companions must also be HYPSTER members.
*Payment can only be made by credit card. Please be aware of this when applying.

◆ Identity verification

We will check the identification of all visitors (applicants and accompanying persons) upon entry. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
For electronic tickets, we will verify your identity by registering your face photo, but we may ask you to show your ID. Please bring it with you when you come to the venue.
For member-only performances, you will also need to present your HYPSTER mobile membership card. Please be careful not to forget to renew your membership validity period.
