◆Application conditions

HYPSTER members who have a valid account within the reception period

*Applicable to those who join during the application period.

*Only the person applying can apply. Rights cannot be transferred to family or friends.

*A valid account is one for which payment has been confirmed and you can log in.

After logging in to MY PAGE with your account, please check the validity of your account.

◆Number of tickets that can be applied for

Up to 2 tickets per performance per member

* Companion registration is required for the second ticket. For member-only performances, companions must also be HYPSTER members.

◆ Identity verification

We will check the identification of all visitors (applicants and accompanying persons) upon entry. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.

For electronic tickets, we will verify your identity by registering your face photo, but we may ask you to show your ID. Please bring it with you when you come to the venue.

◆ Ticket reservations/issuance

Reservations will be accepted online using the Lawson Ticket reservation system.

(If the performance is canceled, we will provide information on how to get a refund on the official website.) Please note that we will also not compensate for any fees, transportation costs, or other expenses incurred in addition to the ticket price.

The validity of tickets purchased through any other sales channel cannot be guaranteed. Resale tickets and seat numbers are invalid, and you may be denied entry.

◆ HYPSTER prohibits the lending, transfer, or resale of the rights that members have obtained to third parties, regardless of whether they are members or not. Please note that this also applies to this pre-sale. If we find that the violation is serious, we may expel you from the membership.
