Information on Shipping of Enrollment Benefits (February Enrollment)

The following provides information on shipping of enrollment benefits to overseas HYPSTER members.
As benefits will arrive in order, we ask that you please read all of the below and wait.



◆ Details of benefits
・ Membership card


◆ Shipping period
 Shipping begins March 29, 2023


* Enrollment benefits are scheduled to be shipped in late April 2023 to members enrolling on or after March 1, 2023 (during March).

 After that, membership cards will be shipped in the month following the month of enrollment. Please see details here.


◆ Persons eligible for shipment
Overseas members who completed enrollment procedures by February 28, 2023

 * "Completed enrollment procedures" indicates completion that includes confirmation of payment by the deadline.
 * Domestic members are not included.
 * Only for those who have selected [With shipped items]


◆ Notes concerning shipping
・ Delivery will be made to the address registered as of March 20, 2023.

 * Customers who have registered an incorrect address as of the above time are asked to make a "Non-arrival Inquiry" as described below.
・ Shipping generally requires 7 to 10 days for delivery. The number of days varies by region.
 Depending on delivery status and your area, up to two weeks may be required for delivery.
・ Shipping is via international mail.
As delivery will be by post, please confirm receipt with other household residents to make sure that the delivery is not mixed up with other mail.


◆ Temporary suspension of international mail addressed overseas and delays in international mail

Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending acceptance of international mail addressed to some countries and regions.
For enrollment benefits, too, we will ship to customers in the affected areas after resumption of acceptance.
For members in countries and regions where acceptance of mail is suspended, any multiple shipments will be shipped in bulk after the resumption of acceptance. We appreciate your understanding.

Inquiry acceptance period
 12:00 JST, April 14 , 2023 to 18:00 JST, April 23, 2023 * After the end of the above inquiry period, response will be made after confirming applications in order.
 Please note that some time may be required for resending.

① Please check your registered information on MY PAGE.
(2) If your current address and registered information differ due to entry error, change of address, etc., please apply using the "Non-arrival Form" at the bottom of this page after completing change of address procedures yourself on MY PAGE.
* If the nameplate differs from your home nameplate, the shipped product will be returned due to difference in nameplates.
 Affected customers are requested to register with "TO: [name on nameplate]" appended to the address.
Notes concerning non-arrival inquiries
・ Please refrain from making inquiries separate from shipping.
 For erroneous registration of address erroneously or non-arrival of the benefits, please apply using the Non-arrival Form.
・ After the Non-arrival Form has been filled out, we will resend to persons for whom return of mailed items has been confirmed.
・ Please note that we are unable to resend to persons other than the shipping destination.
