Notification of address confirmation/change deadline for "HYPSTER vol.3" shipped in January 2022
*Even if you have been able to receive the bonuses without any problems up until now, please read through to the end*
The newsletter "HYPSTER vol.3" is currently in preparation and is scheduled to be sent out in late January 2021.
In connection with this, we have some important information for you to check.
Eligible recipients are as of 00:00 on Wednesday, December 1st, 2021members with a valid account .
* An "active account" means that your membership on "MY PAGE" has not expired.
* The one month period following the expiration of your membership is the "renewal period" and is not included in the membership expiration date.Please note that we will not be able to send you newsletters if you apply for renewal after midnight on December 1st.

A deadline will be set in advance for confirming and changing your address, so please be sure to check within the deadline.
Address changes made after the deadline or incorrect addresses will not be considered "non-delivery claims."
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure fairness in our response and the continuation of our association.

Until 23:59 on Sunday, December 12, 2021
*Please be careful not to change your address within one week after the deadline due to shipping preparation.
*Unless there are special circumstances such as moving after the deadline and before shipment, we will not accept claims for non-delivery if the address change is made outside the deadline. Please note that we will not be able to respond to individual inquiries.

Delivery procedures may vary depending on your area and the delivery person in charge.
Therefore, in order to deliver the benefits, we need you to register with your official address.
Even if you have been receiving your shipment without any problems up until now, please be sure to check your address details.
① Is your residential address registered between late January and early February 2022?
Please refer to Q1 in the "FAQ" section below, but if you have special circumstances that do not fall under that, please clearly state the circumstances when submitting your claim for non-delivery.
If you have any concerns, please contact us during the address verification/change period.
② Are there any typos or omissions in the address number or building name?
Many undelivered applications are due to "unconscious address errors." Please check the street address and building name carefully.
③ Are you abbreviating the room number or building name in your address?
In addition to town and place names, there are many omissions and omissions in the names of buildings, condominiums, apartments, and other buildings.

4. If you live in an apartment or housing complex, are you missing any building or room numbers?
Please be aware that there has been an increase in address registrations that omit the notation such as Building No. or Building No., or that do not include the room number.
⑤ Is the name registered the same as the name on the nameplate at your registered address?
If you have a different name on your nameplate, please add "(name on nameplate)" to the end of your address. A different nameplate will also be considered an incorrect address.

If you have any concerns about the writing of your address other than those mentioned above, please check in advance with your nearest post office or delivery company office.
As rules may differ depending on the region, we are unable to provide accurate information regarding the correctness of your address even if you contact us. Thank you for your understanding.

*We cannot handle individual requests other than having the parcel delivered to your mailbox, such as having it held at a post office, delivery center, or picking up at a convenience store.
*If you change the shipping address from the "HYPSTER Limited Store" shipping information, it will not be reflected in the registered address on "MY PAGE". Also, since the shipping method is different, it may not arrive. Even if the goods arrive without any problems, please be sure to check the registered address.
*We cannot accommodate requests for changes after the address confirmation and change period has passed. Please be aware of this in advance, and if you have special circumstances, please use the non-delivery form that will be provided at a later date.

Q1: I will be moving (or planning to move) around the time the newsletter arrives. My address will not be finalized within the address confirmation/change period. What should I do?
A1: If you have not yet decided on the address of your new residence, you may temporarily register the address of a reliable representative (such as a relative or friend's address).
In that case, please be careful to enter the correct address at the end of your registered address so that the nameplate is correct. After receiving the newsletter, please update your registered information to the correct one.
You may also consider using the relocation and forwarding services offered by Japan Post or various shipping companies.
*If any problems arise with the above measures (such as the proxy discarding the mail, isolating the mail and being unable to receive it, or the forwarding service not working properly), the Association will not be held responsible. Thank you for your understanding.
Q2: My first or last name has changed due to marriage or other reasons (or I am planning to change it).
A2: You cannot change it yourself. Please check the FAQ from the above link and contact us within the address confirmation/change period.
<About resale or transfer of newsletters>
As per the HYPSTER Terms of service you agreed to when joining, resale or transfer of newsletters and other special items is prohibited.
Our association is working to track down and identify violators who resell goods on flea market apps and other platforms.
Once identified, those who are added to the blacklist will have some of their membership benefits restricted in accordance with the terms and conditions.
Please note that we cannot answer any questions regarding the restrictions or who is eligible.
Also, when making a report, please read the FAQ carefully and then use the dedicated report form rather than making an individual inquiry.

We would like you to keep the newsletter for as long as possible, but if for any reason you no longer need it, please be sure to dispose of it yourself and not transfer or resell it to a third party.
If violations continue, it will become difficult to continue offering new projects and special offers in the future.
