We have clarified that original goods for members only can be shipped domestically. (Article 7, Paragraph 1, Item 3)

The contents of the "HYPSTER Limited Store Terms of service" are also included in these terms and conditions.

We have added information regarding the 2020 Civil Code amendments to all our terms and conditions. (Article 19)

(Summary of the revision)

Due to the 2020 amendment to the Civil Code, it is now possible to change these terms and conditions at the discretion of the Association with regard to the terms and conditions that fall under the category of "standard terms and conditions." In doing so, the Association is obligated to display such changes. In this revision, we have once again stated that these are "standard terms and conditions" and the obligation to display such changes.

[Revision ③]

We have included a severability clause in all our terms and conditions (Article 22).

(Summary of the revision)

Due to the amendment of the Consumer Contract Act, some unclear clauses that make it difficult to file compensation claims have been invalidated. However, we have stated that other provisions remain valid.
