◆Number of tickets that can be applied for

Up to 2 tickets per performance per member

◆ Measures against coronavirus infection

We are preparing for the performance in accordance with the COVID-19 infection prevention guidelines set by the government and the prefectures where the performances are being held.

In response to the government's announcement to relax admission restrictions, tickets will be sold without leaving any space between seats in front, behind, or on either side. Please be aware of this before purchasing tickets.

Please note that if the policies of the national and local governments change in the future, the policy regarding tickets may also change.

◆ Identity verification

We will check the identification of all visitors (applicants and accompanying persons) upon entry. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.

If you are entering with an electronic ticket with a photo, we will verify your identity by showing the electronic ticket, but we may ask you to show your ID. If your electronic ticket does not have a photo registered, you will not be allowed entry.

◆How to buy tickets in advance

Tickets will be accepted using the Tixplus membership authentication system and Lawson Ticket's reservation system.

◆This pre-sale is not intended to provide preferential seating, but rather to increase the chances of obtaining tickets. Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will be selected.

◆There are two payment methods:

① Lawson/Ministop in-store payment

*When making payment, in addition to the ticket price, a system usage fee of 220 yen per ticket + electronic ticket handling fee of 110 yen per ticket + payment handling fee of 220 yen per transaction will be required.

②Credit card payment

*When making payment, a system usage fee of 220 yen/ticket + electronic ticket handling fee of 110 yen/ticket will be required in addition to the ticket price.

◆You will be notified of your success or failure on "My Page (application details)" in Lawson Ticket or by "notifying your registered email address." Depending on your communication status, you may not receive the winning or losing email, so please be sure to check "My Page (application details)" in Lawson Ticket during the lottery results announcement period. We cannot answer any inquiries about not being able to confirm your winning or losing status due to not receiving an email after the winning or losing confirmation period has ended, or inquiries about customer registration information.

If you are using domain-specific or email-specific reception, please make sure to set it up so that you can receive emails from "l-tike.com" and "ent.lawson.co.jp".

◆Please note that performers and performance schedules are subject to change without notice.

◆We will check the identification of all visitors (applicants and accompanying persons) upon entry. If we are unable to provide identification, we will refuse entry regardless of the reason.

◆Minors must obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets and attending the show. Evening performances finish late, so please be mindful of your home time.

◆On the day of the performance, footage from inside the theater may be filmed and broadcast, streamed, or distributed in duplicate.

◆Depending on your seat, some parts of the stage may be difficult to see.

◆After your reservation is confirmed and your ticket is issued, you will not be able to make any changes or cancellations. Additionally, tickets cannot be reissued (you will not be able to collect your ticket once the collection period has expired).

◆Refunds will not be available under any circumstances except when the performance is canceled. Even in the event of natural disasters and associated transportation problems, if the performance has been held, refunds will not be available. (If the performance is canceled, we will provide information on how to get a refund on the official website.) Please note that we will also not compensate for any fees, transportation costs, or other expenses incurred in addition to the ticket price.

◆In order to prepare space for wheelchair users on the day of the performance, please make sure to call Mitt after purchasing your ticket at least 5 days before the performance date. We will confirm your name and seat number over the phone and provide you with instructions on how to enter on the day. Only those who require assistance may bring one companion with them to watch the performance, but they must have a ticket. Depending on the situation, companions may be asked to watch the performance from their own seats. For verification purposes, we may ask to see proof such as a disability certificate. Thank you for your understanding.

◆Please purchase tickets through official sales channels (such as the event organizer or a play guide officially authorized by the organizer). The transfer, resale, or purchase of tickets, as well as any attempt to do so, is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. The validity of tickets purchased through channels other than official sales channels cannot be guaranteed. Resale tickets are invalid, and you may be denied entry.

◆ HYPSTER prohibits the lending, transfer, or resale of the rights that members have obtained to third parties, regardless of whether they are members or not. Please note that this also applies to this pre-sale. If we find that the violation is serious, we may expel you from the membership.
