If I cancel my membership, will my tickets purchased through the member advance sale still be valid?

A

It is generally possible for you to collect your tickets if you have won and paid for them.

(Since the collection method and conditions vary for each performance, please check the reception page for the performance in question.)

However, you may be asked to present your digital membership card upon entry to some performances.

Please note that if you are unable to present this ID, you may not be allowed entry.

In addition, after canceling your membership, there may be restrictions on your use of ticket resales, etc.

Please note that in such cases, the Association will not be able to provide compensation.

Advance tickets for HYPSTER are reserved for our members, so we ask for your understanding in this matter.
