Please check if your companion is a HYPSTER member and have the following information ready:
（1）Companion’s Plus member ID
（2）The telephone number registered to the Plus member ID from (1)
（3）The [Smartphone Phone Number] of the companion where the ticket will be displayed.
*If it is the same as (2), please enter the same number.- *Please note that you will not be able to receive your electronic ticket if there are any errors in the mobile number or Plus member ID. Please verify the correct information in advance before applying.

If a companion does not possess a smartphone, it can be arranged to have their ticket displayed on the applicant’s phone so that both may enter together.
However, a valid ID may be required when entering the venue to confirm the identities of each person.- ※If the applicant is unable to attend with them, a companion without a smartphone will not be able to enter the venue on their own.
- ※If the applicant is unable to attend and instead trades their tickets, they must trade both tickets together. The tickets cannot be listed separately.
- ※Please make sure to bring ID that can be used to verify your identity when you attend the performance.

If your companion is 18 years old or younger and does not own a smartphone, please enter the following information at the time of application.

Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale and Transfer
This performance is subject to the "Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Tickets," which came into effect on June 14, 2019.
Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party by any method other than the official ticket trade service "Chikepla Trade" is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason.
In the event that unauthorized sale or purchase is discovered, or if your identity cannot be verified, you will be denied admission.
Please note that in such cases, ticket refunds and compensation for other expenses (such as handling fees and transportation costs) will not be provided.

- ●When applying for multiple tickets, you will need your companion's Plus member ID (or registered email address) and the mobile phone number registered to their ID. Please have this information ready before applying.

About Electronic Tickets
- ●Electronic tickets can only be displayed and used on the smartphone with the mobile phone number registered at the time of application. An internet connection and an SMS subscription are required.
- ●Before applying, please make sure to check if your smartphone is a supported device.
- ●Instructions on how to display your electronic ticket will be sent to you via email after your purchase is confirmed. If you use domain-specific or email-specific reception settings, please configure your device to allow emails from "plusmember.jp".
