How to apply for the second ticket

When specifying a companion, you will need the following information:

    • (1) Plus member ID of accompanying person
    • (2) Phone number registered in Plus member ID in (1)
    • (3) Accompanying person's (smartphone) phone number *If it is the same as (2), enter the same number.

    • (5) The gender of the person accompanying you (as stated on their identification card)

If your companion does not have a smartphone, you can display both tickets on your smartphone and enter together with your companion.
However, we may ask you to show a valid ID upon entry.

  • *If the applicant is unable to attend, accompanying persons who do not have a smartphone will not be allowed to enter.
  • *If the applicant is unable to attend, only two items can be offered for trade. Individual items cannot be offered for trade.
  • *Please be sure to bring identification with you on the day of the performance.

We provide an official ticket trade and resale service that allows you to exchange tickets at fixed prices. Unlike ticket resale sites, we offer "fixed price transactions" and "admission guarantee", so you can feel safe from transaction to admission!

Ticket trade/resale is based on a lottery system!
During the trade resale period, a lottery will be held every day at 12:00.
  • *You can win if you enter and win, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • *Customers cannot specify the trade/resale destination.

Regarding prohibition of unauthorized resale and transfer

This performance is subject to the "Act Prohibiting Unauthorized Ticket Resale" that came into effect on June 14, 2019.

Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party by means of any means other than the official ticket trading and resale service "Ticket Plaza Trade" is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose or reason.
If any fraudulent sales or purchases are discovered or if we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry.
Please note that in such cases, we will not refund the ticket price or compensate for various expenses such as fees and transportation costs.

2.About companion authentication
  • For this advance purchase, the accompanying person must also be a member of "HYPSTER".
    If you are not a member of HYPSYER, your Plusmember ID will not be able to authenticate your companion on the Lawson Ticket reception screen, so please check Plus member ID from My Page on the HYPSTER website after you join.

3.About compatible devices
  • Electronic ticketing via HYPSTER official app can be done using a smartphone with an internet connection and a phone number starting with 090/080/070.

4.About email reception settings

On the ticket display start date, Tixplus (formerly EMTG) will send an email to the applicant and accompanying person with instructions on how to receive the electronic ticket.

If you have set up domain-specific reception, please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp". Please refer to this page and review your spam email settings.

5.About receiving method
  • Tickets for the winning performances will be received on the "HYPSTER official app".

    To prevent unauthorized resale, you can only receive the gift using the smartphone with the phone number you registered at the time of application.

    • *On HYPSTER official app, one Plus member ID can only be used with one phone number. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
    • *If you are unable to receive your ticket due to reasons such as changing your phone and changing your phone number or entering the wrong phone number when applying, please contact Tixplus customer support ``after you have started receiving tickets.'' please.
    • *If you indicate at the time of application that your companion does not have a smartphone, the tickets of your companion will be displayed together on your device.
6.Registering your face photo

For this performance, your photo will be displayed on the electronic ticket.
Those who do not have their photo registered upon entry will not be allowed to enter.
If you are selected, please make sure to complete your photo registration before entering the venue.
Photo registration is required for both the applicant and accompanying person.

7. Notes regarding application, selection, and seating
  • When registering with Lawson Ticket, please make sure to enter the information of the person who will be attending the event. We cannot accept name changes after application.
  • Transfers between family members or friends are strictly prohibited. We will not accept changes for any reason, so please be careful not to make any mistakes or omissions when applying.
  • Entry will be denied to anyone other than the applicant and accompanying persons specified at the time of application, regardless of the reason.
  • Please also read the notes on HYPSTER /Lawson Ticket application page before applying.
  • If the payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline after winning, the winning will be invalidated.
  • We cannot respond to any inquiries regarding seats or lottery selections.
8. Notes on admission

This performance is subject to the "Act Prohibiting Unauthorized Ticket Resale" that came into effect on June 14, 2019.

As a countermeasure, in order to verify your identity, you will be issued an "electronic ticket with your photo" via the official HYPSTER app, which you will be required to present upon entry to each venue.

  • Please note that the winners will be required to go through the "photo registration" process. If you do not register by the deadline, you will be denied entry.
  • Please note that if it is difficult to confirm that you are the same person as the person in the photo upon entry, you may be asked to show your ID. Please be sure to bring your ID with you when you come to the venue.
  • If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.

Accompanying person without smartphone

  • If you and your companion apply for two tickets, you will be able to present both tickets on one device by requesting this at the time of application (only if one of you does not have a smartphone).
  • On the Lawson application screen, make sure to select “Does not own a smartphone” for the question “Companion Information (3) ‘Does your companion own a smartphone?’”

9. Infection Prevention Guidelines

Introduction

For this performance, we have established the following guidelines based on the "Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of Infection in Cultural Facilities" issued by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the "Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19 Infections at Music Concerts" issued by the Japan Concert & Live Music Promoters Association.
We will be doing our utmost to thoroughly implement COVID-19 prevention measures for customers, performers, staff, and all those involved in the performance, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Please note that the content of the event and the information below may change in the future depending on changes to guidelines issued by the government, local governments, etc.


About purchasing tickets and attending the event


Tickets cannot be refunded (except in the case of postponement or cancellation of the performance)

  • Anyone who falls under any of the following categories will not be allowed to enter the venue and will not be able to receive a refund.
  • -Those who have a fever (37.5℃ or higher) when their temperature is taken at home or upon entry
  • -Those with symptoms such as sore throat, headache, joint pain, shortness of breath, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, or taste disorder.
  • ・Those who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
  • - If you have a family member or close acquaintance who is suspected of being infected with the new coronavirus
  • - Those who have traveled to a country or region within the past two weeks where the government has imposed entry restrictions or required an observation period after entry, or who have had close contact with a resident of such a country
    *If any of the above applies to you after purchasing tickets, please refrain from attending the event and use the official ticket trading service.
    (More information about official ticket trading will be provided at a later date.)
    *If you begin to feel unwell or become unwell during your visit, please inform a member of staff immediately.

Please wear a mask inside the venue.

  • You will be required to wear a mask at all times inside the venue, so please be sure to bring one with you when you come. If you are unable to do so, you will be denied entry.
    Although not required, we recommend wearing a non-woven mask.

Regarding cheering during the performance

  • Please wear a mask (non-woven masks are recommended) and cheer at a conversational volume.
    (A good guideline for conversational volume is the volume at which you would talk to the person sitting next to you.)
    You are also allowed to cheer in a louder voice temporarily when the cast appears on stage or for special effects.
    However, please refrain from cheering loudly and continuously as this may disturb other customers.
    It is okay to clap, clap your hands, make hand signs, or do any other actions that involve raising your hands.

Please cooperate by washing your hands and disinfecting your hands frequently.

  • Disinfectant and disinfectant alcohol will be provided at the entrance to the venue and in various places throughout the venue, so please use them.

Temperature checks will be conducted upon entry.

  • Please cooperate with temperature checks upon entry. If you have been drinking alcohol, the temperature may not be measured accurately, so please do not drink alcohol before coming to the venue.
    In addition, customers who are feeling unwell will not be allowed to enter, so please take regular precautions against infectious diseases and make sure to manage your health up until the day of the performance.

Only electronic tickets will be sold.

  • To prevent resale and contact infection, all tickets will be sold as electronic tickets. When entering the venue, please follow the instructions of staff and operate your own smartphone.

We will verify your identity.

  • Upon admission, your identity will be verified using the photo shown on your ticket.
  • If your photo is unclear, we may ask you to provide photo identification.
  • The personal information you register will be kept strictly managed by the organizers for a certain period of time and will not be used for any purpose other than tracing the route of infection in the unlikely event that an infection occurs, and providing it to public institutions such as health centers as necessary.

About gifts and celebratory flowers

  • To prevent infection, we will not accept gifts (including fan letters) or celebratory flowers.

Request for regulated exit

  • In order to avoid overcrowding, we will be regulating exits. Staff will guide you out in order, so please wait in your seats.

About the contact tracing app COCOA

  • We will no longer be using COCOA as the government has announced its end.

  • The number of seats sold will be within the regulated capacity range in accordance with the guidelines set by the government, local governments, venues, and the Concert & Live Music Promoters Association. Please note that the capacity may change depending on future changes to the guidelines of the government and local governments.

  • All seats are reserved, so please be sure to stay within your seat. Please also be careful to avoid contact with other customers and droplets.

Infection prevention measures at the venue


Disinfection and ventilation within the venue

  • If there is a high risk of infection within the venue, such as close contact between customers, staff may contact you, so please cooperate.
  • We will disinfect and clean areas in the venue that are likely to be touched by customers using alcohol and other chemicals. In addition, although the venue is equipped with ventilation equipment, we will thoroughly ventilate the venue by keeping all doors open except during performances.

Infection prevention measures for staff and performers

  • We will be taking the following thorough measures in preparing for and carrying out this performance.
    ・All staff and people involved in the performance will undergo temperature checks and health checks.
    ・If an employee is found to be in poor health, such as having a fever, they will not be able to work.
    ・As a measure to prevent droplet infection, we will wear masks and face shields while working.
    - Please disinfect your hands frequently, especially when entering the venue.
    - Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue is not permitted.
    ・Performers will also be subject to temperature checks and health checks. They will be required to wear masks except when performing.
    ・If any other unusual circumstances occur, we will immediately cooperate with public health agencies such as local health centers and nearby medical institutions, and take swift measures to ensure the health and safety of performers and staff.
    We will take measures to prevent infection so that you can visit us with peace of mind.
    If you start feeling unwell inside the venue, please do not force yourself and inform a member of staff.
10. Other Notes
  • Children of elementary school age and above must pay a fee; preschool children are not allowed to enter.
  • Minors must obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets.
  • You will need to enter your plusmember ID when purchasing tickets at Lawson Ticket. Please check the "MY PAGE" page on HYPSTER website.
  • At the time of purchase, various fees such as system usage fees are required in addition to the ticket price.
  • If you are unable to attend the performance after purchasing tickets, please use the official ticket trading and resale service "Ticket Plaza Trade", where you can trade at the original price. Details regarding trading will be provided at a later date.
