Notes on ordering a 2-disc set

Please confirm that your companion is a HYPSTER member and prepare the following information.
(1) Plus member ID of the accompanying person
(2) The mobile phone number registered to the companion's Plus member ID
(3) The smartphone phone number of the accompanying person whose ticket will be displayed.
*If it is the same as (2), enter the same thing.
(4) Date of birth of accompanying person
(5) Gender of the accompanying person
(6) Address of the accompanying person- *If you enter your mobile phone number or Plus member ID incorrectly, you will not receive your electronic ticket. Please check the correct information before applying.

If your companion is under 18 and does not own a smartphone, you may display both tickets together on your smartphone and enter the venue together. However, you may be asked to show identification upon entry, so please be sure to bring the identification documents listed at the bottom of this page on the day of the performance.
- *If the applicant is unable to attend, accompanying persons who do not possess a smartphone will not be admitted.
- *If the applicant is unable to attend, tickets can only be listed on "Ticket Plaza Trade" as a set of two. Listing individual tickets is not permitted.

If your companion is under 18 and does not own a smartphone, please enter the following information when applying.
(1) Plus member ID of the accompanying person
(2) The mobile phone number registered to the companion's Plus member ID
(3)Enter the applicant's phone number only if you are requesting assistance for someone who does not already possess the item.
(4) Date of birth of accompanying person
(5) Gender of the accompanying person
(6) Address of the accompanying person- *Please be sure to select "Does your companion own a smartphone?" in the companion information section of the application screen.
- *If you select "Smartphone possession", you cannot change it after you are selected. If either the applicant or the accompanying person does not have a smartphone, we cannot accommodate you.
Number of applications
Up to 2 tickets per person per section.
- *Multiple performances can be applied for.
- *Please note that you can only apply once as a companion; you cannot apply separately as a companion of another applicant.
Important notes when applying
Both the applicant and their companion can only receive the electronic ticket on the smartphone linked to the mobile phone number registered at the time of application.

About electronic tickets

- This performance is subject to the "Act Prohibiting Unauthorized Ticket Resale" that came into effect on June 14, 2019.
- To prevent ticket scalping, tickets will be issued via the "HYPSTER official app" for both the applicant and accompanying person.
- On the day of the performance, if we are unable to verify your identity, we will refuse entry regardless of the reason.
- The ticket will display the purchaser's name and photo, and you will be required to present the electronic ticket for identity verification upon entry.
- If you have not registered a facial photograph, you will be denied entry. Furthermore, even if a facial photograph is registered, you may be asked to present identification if it is difficult to verify your identity.
- When you come to the venue, purchasers must bring a form of identification that can verify the name printed on the ticket.
